Sorry Cope. Cattle Today is excellent. I cant believe your're on these boards and dont get Cattle Today...

I know...lol. Im am going to be moving in the future and have hesitated to wait, so I I dont have to go through all the Adress Change stuff. When I do I have several magazines in mind. How thick are the Cattle Today Magazines? Are they like a newsletter or a good quality magazine?
Cope, I'm reluctantly going to answer your question. Sure you're not setting me up for something? First off, Cattle Today is set up like a newspaper. It's printed on newsprint. Has plenty of color, plenty of black and white too, Has lots of sale ads, and sale results.Good articles too.If I'm not mistaken, they own these boards too. Do yourself a favor, subscribe to it, and when you move, i'm sure you'll still get your issues.

Hey Crowderfarms where do I go to subscribe to the Cattle Today Magazines?
Thanks for the help.

Hey guys,
Just go to their website-I typed in Drovers in Yahoo and clicked on the first link that I came to and it took me there. Click on Subscriber Services at the top of the page-it's over on the top right hand side. When the next page comes up click on Free Subscription Request-fill it out and you should get a reply back telling you that you will start receiving the magazine in a few weeks.

I did this back in the winter and have been getting the magazine ever since. You should be able to get it this way. :)

Here is just another hint, hope it is helpful...Try the Land and Livestock Post, it is a free publication for the Southeastern Texas region and has LOTS of stuff on hay, beef, and anything you might wanna know about. Go online to Yahoo and look under local for "Land and Livestock Post" in Bryan, TX, it prints bimonthly.

Good luck and let me know what ya think...I look forward to good reading each month. :cboy:
