In all seriousness if you want knives for food prep find a local restaurant supply store. They will carry top of the line knives that will last many years. I also recommended getting them a good sharpener. Cabelas base an electric one that works really well. I will get a model number off of our at the deer shop tomorrow.

henkels and Vcitorinox...........it is waht the pros use do not buy ceramic

stamped are fairly affordable fully forged tang knives are great but expensive

As Vic said, no. They also have 4 or 5 complete lines (quality) of knives.

looks like Henckel is winning. I looked them and the victorinox up and they both look good.
