Starting to get a few things in order . I built this weekend before last , 4 of us got everything set in 12 hrs over 2 days .



Last weekend it took 3 of us 4 hours to finish.

I have 15' leans on order as was hoping they would be ready this week for the long weekend but I guess it's gonna be a couple more weeks till I can pick them up.

It's the only way to go in my opinion. I don't think I would have lost each end bay off the hay barn if I had not of had it full of hay. My dad's 24x48 was leaning bad but we straighten it in just a few hours and replaced the bolts in the post . I will have approx 10k in materials and labor when I'm done and it will be 62x60 . I will pour 2 bays and wall one bay in for a tool room and shop area . That will run about 1500 for all of it. . I was quoted 15k for turn key 40x60 x14 with 12 week lead time.

No it is not, not by traditional standards. But anyone is free to call it whatever they desire. I would call that a "shed".

I believe we need to ask the structure how it self identifies, rather than just label it according to societal stereotypes.

According to the new standard you can't do that until it's at least 4 years old. Not even sure if it can be called a structure until then.
