Last year most of Bastrop County was on fire.
As I can't post pictures,please Google Image "Bastrop Complex Fire"
Many people have rebuilt,many haven't. Some have moved away.
Google Map street view the burned area-the pictures have not changed. Note the fuel load. That had not changed as my last bus ride.
