On of my calves got spooked the other day and ran headlong into a stockpanel fence. It was a pretty hard hit but she seemed to be okay. One week later I just noticed a large hernia that slightly split the hide, down low behind her left front leg. She does not seem to be in any distress. She was already scheduled to go to the butcher in about a week and I was wondering if this hernia will be a problem. Any advice?

I doubt that it would be a hernia from where I think you are describing, sounds more like a haematoma or bruising so some cuts would be affected. The damage would be above where you see the fluid as it gravitates to the bottom. The area you are talking about does not involve the more expensive cuts.
