I'm sure this won't be any great revelation to most of you, but it sure does pay to compare prices for Ivomec (and I guess just about everything else) before you buy.
I called four places in my area today to find out their price for a 200 mml bottle of IvomecPlus (needed to kill liver flukes) which is only enough to worm twenty 1,000 lb bovines. I got the following price quotes: $120, $132, $139 and $140. I was surprised to see that much variation in prices. Wonder what it costs the seller?
By the way, does anybody happen to know when IvomecPlus goes off patent? I'd sure like to think that some day soon there will be a cheaper alternative for an injectable liver fluke killer.
