Is Spring here to stay ?

What do you guys from Arkansas think about the weather ? Is winter over ? Is this Spring like weather here to stay for a while ?

Hope it's over. Sure been nice here today. 66 degrees.

I'm feeding a few old cows that sure hope so.

cows will be eating grass sometime this week. sandhill cranes are migrating north. pecan trees are beginning to bud.

I hope so, i,am ready to put up my long johns.
The cows are lovin it, soaking up the sunshine an being lazy.

have gone from 12 degrees last week to 70 today
also have gone from desperately trying to keep the chickens from freezing - to now having to cool them off

but I'm so glad that it is warming up - after this winter - this last batch of chickens probably won't break even when we get the settlement check and the propane bill :shock: - just love working like a dog for 6 weeks and going in the hole
