I'm with bama on this one. i've learned a ton here. Heck the timed AI protocol (that novatech discussed recently) being the way to go on Brahman probably saved me years of learning.

yeah TB ive been busy supervising the nephew.had him disking the ruts an cow tracks out of the pasture trying to get things smooth.then he has been gathering up old scrape steel sheetiron an tore up hay spear.then we went an picked up an old junked car an took it to the scrape yard.then ive been feeding my old bull getting him ready for the packer sale.wont tell yall about me an the old junked car tho lolol.
 
Here I am in Idaho limbering up the big .50 on 5 gallon buckets of water at 1,000 yards. Big boom, big wallop and big fun! I would get one of these suckers if I had the space like my brother-in-law has. Their ranch is 40 miles from the nearest Wal-Mart and their driveway is 4 miles long....no neighbors and behind them is 300 miles of BLM land.

Which side of Idaho? looks like fun. I hunt prairie dogs with a .223 out in Wyoming, don't have them (thankfully) in my corner of Idaho.

Southwest side between Murphy and Grandview near Oreanna. The whistle pig shooting was up by Donnely / McCall where they have property for summer grazing.

From these photos I see what you gotta worry about is how you are gonna manage the rug you have left on the roof!!

Like over to the side or straight back , but that straight up windblown thing is scary!!

Jo that there is the Owyhee desert in Idaho. Beautifull in its own way. That bus is in the ranch "boneyard" where scrap metal and equipment is stored. The bus has stacks of angle iron in it.

My BIL won't tolerate illegals on his ranch for any reason. I was security however :mrgreen:

The wind was really howling that day. We had quite a bit of wind drift to deal with even with the big 750 grain bullets. That is an Idaho Comb-over hair style. Paul Mitchell has nothing on me..........I did need a staple gun and a bottle of Gorilla glue to hold it down after that though :lol:

As far as my contribution to CT it is pretty small. I help those that I can but there is so much knowledge among the regulars that I don't feel right about serving up advice when I know that there is probably better advice coming from the rest of ya'll.
