I inherited an I-80 heifer last night when her Lim cross momma didn't show any interest. My 9 year old daughter will show her in the bucket calf class this summer, and possibly the heifer class next year at the county fair. Long term, does anyone know how the I-80 daughters turn out? Up until now, her dam has been a good momma, but she's getting some age on her. I told my girls that the next bucket calf heifer we raised would stay on the farm as a long term pet/brood cow.
