Mine usually calls me on the phone, at work, if he finds a good deal on ammo! So this weekend, he says, "Hey, did I tell you about what I won?" "What?" "I didn't tell you?" "WHAT??" Went to the gun safe and brought one out . . . . He entered a raffle at local gun shop a few months ago, NRA's Wall of Guns -- tickets were $10/each. Don't know if it was limited to 100 tickets, or if that's just how many they sold. But he got called. Won a Benelli. I have won 3 through the years on raffle tickets, it probably would have been cheaper to bought the guns out right.
I have bought a pile of tickets through the years. The only one that had any real value was the BAR.
One was actually a Superbowl pot where they sell the 100 squares it was a BAR 270.
Won a Remington 870 Express and a Ruger 10/22 .
He did good on the Benelli.
