How much lower can the cull cow market go?

I do but I am afraid it will go for significantly higher than I am willing to pay :frowns:

I would wager that the land will go to crop production if it sells. Just because one stops farming a piece of land it does not signal the end of its production.



PS Is the property selling without a reserve on the price?
 
i'm sure its like here and most places near us . .it will go for around 5 - 7k per ac depending.
