How many days calved for timed AI?

im thinking about using timed AI on some cows, completely commercial herd just wanting a tighter calving window as i have a full time job also. Theres some other things i like that come along with using timed AI but thats the main reason. So my question is how many days calved do you guys see works best

If your using 7 day co synch put the cidr in day 35 you will breed day 45 after calving.
