Very nice pictures and good looking hog meat as those Yorkshires meat is a lot leaner than others.

If you get too much fat to render, just call me. I will make a trip and get it to render down. Just put 85 cornish x in the freezer whole since I am trying to get moved and don't have the time to part them out right now....Avg weight 8-9 lbs DRESSED. They were bigger than I liked but couldn't get them done.... friend cooked 2 and made chicken and dumplins the other night... tender and GOOD!!! No room in the freezers right now, got a beef going mid March..... gotta get things rearranged a bit when I get them moved in the next month to the new place.
