hereford/charolais cross

hi everyone i am new to this board,just started out a couple of years ago with a few calves.just had this calv out of a charolais bull the color really surprised me any thoughts

yes she is a cross do not know out of what.but the calf she had last year was white.i guess you just never know.when you have crossbreeds
 
yes when you run bulls on crossbred cows the calves can come out any color. thats for sure. but its always fun to see what color they are. scott
 
Notice the black skin color on the nose of the cow? That's the portion of the cross where the calf got it's color.
 
Judging by the length of the head, the frame, the amount of flesh on the cow, the udder, and, to some degree, the colouring, I would say there is Brown Swiss in that cow's background. Good looking calf though.
