My 9 month old Brangus heiffer for the past two days has not had normal dung. The dung is pill shaped (like small sized horse dung). The calf is eating fine with good energy. Any thoughts?

Sounds like to much protien what are you feeding her. If she gets constipated will most likely anal prolapse.

She needs more water and hay.......?

Thanks
Been feeding her a bit more sweet feed because of the cold and snow last week, but it has warmed up, and the costal hay is available since the snow melted, so maybe it will work itself out.

Thought I had a bear for a moment, but that isn't likely in North Texas.
