Brutal on man and beast. I feel sorry for the cows, third trimester and dealing with these temps with humidity in the 90% range. It is brutal.

.....or May like it some years. Either way that makes for looong summer. The heat's suppose to break here by the middle of next week - highs back in the mid 90's. I'm thankful for anything below 100 this time of year.

Actually told the neighbor the other day about how cool this summer has been. Low 90's till a couple weeks ago had a triple digit day this week. That is amazing to make it to August without triple digits.

Though summer can be miserable I love it..falls alway a disappointment anymore..about one week of it ,then it's winter..cold and wet Hate it..

Winter hurt my bones I would rather have heat than cold but sure feel bad for the cattle. Mowed grass all day today, it was hot, the afternoon thunderstorms cooled it down a bit,but were back to sauna now.
