Hook, I have never tried this product, have thought about buying it as I have a plastic water trough that the stud horse kicked last year and cracked a nice shoe imprint into it. As no one had suggested it, here it is from Harbor Freight tools.

I have used one of these on fan shrouds and other plastic pieces (not harbor freight) and they work well.

Which brings to mind, if HD had a picture category "Most used but still running pickup trucks", I'd bet you'd win.

Liquid glass was an old trick of some mechanics to fix cracked heads on cars they would get rid of pretty quick. I have heard that it could stop up radiator and heater core coils. Plastic tank radiators can have their tanks replaced if their not in bad shape but its usually advised to just get a new one. The epoxy may work if it will expand and contract with the plastic but will probably start leaking again over time because of the heat.
