My one week old calf has patches of hair loss. There is no scabs, skin is pink, no other calf has the problem. Is this what you call ringworm?

No it's not ringworm. The calf is too young, and the skin being pink rule that out.
Best guess would be some acidic manure that took the hair off the calf.
It could have laid in some, or had a touch of scours itself. Maybe just got caught in a tight spot and rubbed some hair off.
