Gary Kubiak is Baltimore Ravens new Offensive Coordinator

So Harbaugh hires Kubiak. Good riddance.
He took Rick Dennison, Houston's former OC with him. Dennison will be the Raven's new QB coach.
Thoughts?

I agree he is a good OC just not a head coach has trouble making the hard personnel decisions.
What the real pisser will be is when he picks Houston apart next year.

I have always respected Kubiak since his Backup QB work in Denver. He knew his roll as backup to Elway, never made a fuss and when he was called on he was always prepared and did an excellent job. I pulled for him to achieve success in Houston but you must build around a top flight quarterback in the NFL. It still amazes me that there are only 10 or 12 people in the world at any given time that can successfully quarterback one of the 32 NFL teams. He tried to make Schuab work but he had lost the rest of the team by the end.
