Glad you did. Best I can tell this was recorded somewhere around 1930.

I've got a recording of it, actually there's several versions of it, but no video to go with it.
I found it interesting to watch/listen to the progression of his music. Originally it was just him and the guitar, later him, the guitar and horns (trumpet I would guess), then him with full orchestral background, then finally just him and the guitar just before he died. It's fun to hear the same song played so many ways and it still ends up actually being the same music, just more distractions thrown in.
