Fix bed or put balebed on?

Yesterday a pulled a friends gooseneck and we didn't get along. Put a small dent on the top of the right rear bed corner. I got two estimates this morning and it is $1200 to fix it. Would you guys spend that or put a nice bale bed or flatbed on it for $4500. I already have another late model truck with a Hydrabed so it is nice to have a good truck with a bed.

Hydra bed, or deweez. I am struggling with the same question. The hydra beds are just so expensive. But, life is short. Get the bale bed and post some pics.

I've got one of each, if I were going to buy another tomorrow it would be the hydrabed hands down.
