Fitting legs

I show holstein heifers and use baby powder to make the knees lighter but i don't really like it and was wondering if anyone had a substite for babypowder.

When I showed, I clipped the knees down with the flat heads and used lots of sullivan's bright lights. It's blueing. Put it on the stained areas and scrub it in. Let it set for a little and wash another spot. Lhen go back and rinse it out. BE SURE TO GET IT ALL OUT!! Typically when she dries it is nice and white after a few scrubbings.

You can also use Sullivans white paint.

I had a gelding that I showed in 4H that had four white socks and I used corn starch on them. Worked good.

for legs i like to go razor tight either asculap 511's or a set of regular oster bottoms honed razor thin with a asculap 505 top as for whitening krylon white paint its cheep and does the job great might wanna try using clear magic with baby powder it sticks alot better
