Feral hog killing device

Instead of eating up space here with off-topic (e.g. non-cattle) posts, I'd like to PM with somebody about a method I've developed for killing large numbers of feral hogs quickly, legally and cheaply. I've never tested it, but it would definitely work. I need somebody who knows something about basic electrical circuits - resistance, amps, voltage, transformers, etc. as well as being familiar with feral hogs and the feral hog problem in general.

I tried discussing it with the feral hog specialist(s) at Texas A&M, but they weren't interested; they didn't even reply. Anybody? Maybe we could discuss it in a group email or something.
