I'm wondering how well this will work, but I think in the long term $5+ gas is really going to pinch and things are going to go sideways. Honestly, I thought this was coming along a lot soon first with Covid and then with the Russian invansion. All I can say is that my retirement has taking a big dump since January, and I'm unimpressed (that's not a political statement).
