Fall Flounder ?

Have seen a little floundering with stockers after spring turn out. Now have a fat calf (on a nurse cow) who is walking on the tips of his rear feet with his back arched and his tail out. Have you seen flounder in the fall, or are there some other ideas?

Ya, my calf is moving at about the same speed. Lucky that the cow comes back for him.

Can you use veal in a surf and turf menu?
