Everything's Relative

Cold anything above negative 10 is fine. But going the other 80's are bearable but 90 and up is just too hot for man or beast. I always say there is nothing about my Scandinavian ancestry or being raised on the north Washington coast which prepared me for hot weather. I use to go to Alaska to work in the summer to avoid the 80 degree summer days in western Washington.

I grew up in Kansas. Some brutal winters but it never lasted very long. Hot summers, epic wind and humidity. And then I married Mr TC and we moved from KS to Wisconsin, to Arizona, back to Wisconsin, back to Arizona, then to TX (Austin area) before finally "retiring" to KS. Makes me thankful we didn't have cattle when we lived in WI or AZ. Screw that "dry heat" when it's 115 and 10 feet of snow! TX was doable. Yup, it's all relative.

If they can make those inflatable wearable dinosaur suits why not make them with a built in air conditioner?

It's funny what people get used too. Several years back we had some contractors doing some work at the plant. These guys were from Maine and got here during one of our cols snaps. The spent 3 days barely getting out of the truck while we kept working. They said this had to be the coldest nasty weather on earth. Cold wet wind got to them. I thought it was cold in Maine.
