yes, of course, where else would you store them. the embryologist (and partner) will thaw one out (similar to AI straw) after you headgate your recip and he checks to she if she has a CL.
Perfectly OK to store embryos and semen in the same tank.
My ABS delivery guy does insist that embryos should however stay covered in nitrogen as opposed to just having enough. Not sure if that is correct but you might check that out with the embryologist.
