Say you have a charolais bull with:

Birth weight- 2.3
Wiening weight- 34
Year weight- 60

Would that be the same as a black angus with the same EPD? I mean does it change with every breed or is it the same for every breed?

No. It changes with every breed. Comparing EPDs across breeds will just mess up the whole analysis of EPDs anyway, since EPDs are comparing animals of the same breed, sex, environment, etc. with each other. Or something to that effect.

No. As others have said each breed has their own set of EPDs. They're based on data reported by breeders and each one may have a different base year.
