Enough Already

I punched 2 holes in the wall of my garage last night when I got home from my son's hockey practice. Darned beams of light from the car's headlights had froze and I didn't realize it.

That is pretty cold. I knew a man at work who said he had a 1954 De Soto car that would run so fast that it would run past the headlights and then you would have to slow back some to be able to see.

That's what I like about these boards. You learn something new everyday. I never knew farts were round.

Depends on whether you farted sitting or standing up. Some look like pancakes. :dunce:

I wonder if you fart facing into the wind if they come out long and tube shaped.

Had a 72 GTO judge that was so fast, one time in a drag race I took of so fast I slipped the paint job back about a foot.

So Cfpinz you need to get that goat out of your basement and running, instead of having to keep a fire down there to keep it warm.

Owned a 69 goat pass anything on the highway cept a gas station back two barrels on the carb were the size of a wash tub.

Hauled the trash to the burn barrel this morning to burn dang match froze. I just left it on top of the trash figured it would catch fire soon as we thaw out.

CB,at least right now we don't have to worry about standing on a fire ant hill. They are probably hiding 30 ft below ground.

its 24 here now with a WC of 14 now.i plugged the tractor in 2hrs ago an warmed the motor up.an my bro got here to hay the cows an it cranked right up.so he is haying the cows now.

Forgot to plug mine in this morning. It almost sounded like it wanted to fire but it didn't.... now I'm waiting with a bunch of beller-aching cows.

The idea of Caustic driving a '69 GTO is too cool. Did it have the 400 or the 455? Really fast car. I've always loved muscle cars - had some classic mustangs myself.

I've had enough of the cold as well. Let our friends up north have it. I'll take the heat and humidity of the Gulf South any day over this stuff. I'm alsmost certain to be repairing water lines to the troughs this weekend.

It had a 400 in it with Hooker Headers I totaled it out in 1973 hit one of Frank Evans cows standing in the middle of the road. It was on of those Duke of Hazard moments except my GTO died.

We've got everything with a plug inserted tonight. The tractors will start the first cold day, but they're like me... slow starting the second.

It's crazy cold... and I hope it ends SOON!

If you people are leaving those block heaters plugged in around the clock the power company will love you!

yes the block heaters suck power big time.thats why we plug the tractor in 3hrs before we want to crank it.

According to NOAA we broke our low temp record last night for this date set in 1912.
I don;t know what our record was but it was 10 below this morning, tht beats the lowest we've been since this mess started by 2 degrees
