I was referring to people's lack of patience with new members questions. I'm guilty as well sometimes. What I see happening on this board is what I see on a few others I'm on. Long time mbers develop friendships, groups of like thinkers, etc much like high school. Except the incoming freshman have no idea how things run. And the seniors know it all and have no patience for anyone but seniors.
Just thought it was a good comparison that maybe we all can work on

Agree! Reading some of the conversations on here, it sure discourages new members from joining in for fear of being bullied or put down. Very much like "high school"! :yuck:

Yall have missed my point, it is not about new members as most are very cordial. I'm referring to the people that are constantly trying to stir the crap. They post crap that on its own could be information some may be interested in but then their real agenda comes out. Flounder is one example.

Yes, I see both points......"The Posse" and the "Crap stirrers." Two very different issues, but both obvious deterrents for new participants.

I don't get coming back after you've been run off once all ready. If I don't feel welcome somewhere, I just don't go there. I also don't understand how many of them are just spoiling for a fight. I mean come on. It's the Internet. Your not exactly impressing anybody with your won't back down attitude.
