Disease from cattle or raw milk?

There is a man who was a neighbor whom I was told got a disease from drinking raw milk from diseased cattle. He has many big lumps on his face and, I assume, on his body. Does anyone know the name of a disease causing these symptoms. Other than those symptoms, he appears to be very healthy. Thanks. Susan
