I am not savvy enough to post a photo on here I guess, but I can't hold back my frustrations on the topic any longer. Why do people sell or buy bulls with extremely loose and messy sheaths? An online sale right now has the highest bid on one of the worst sheathed bulls I've ever seen.

Why do people sell or buy bulls with extremely loose and messy sheaths?

Why they sell them is obvious, same reason as selling any other asset, to convert them into cash.
Why would someone buy one... they have other priorities.
