I guess I always take customer service for granted but today I experienced exceptional service from.cannonball, one of the arms on one of my bale beds wouldnt open up turned out dirt had got under the safety switch to keep the arms from coming open while dumping. Even though they were closed they had a number for emergency service and since my other truck has a down cylinder and at the shop its my only feed truck they talked me through fixing and I was able to keep feeding. Most companies wouldnt give you a holiday emergency number.

That's good to know, I'll probably own a cannonball sometime. They have almost passed hydro bed and deweze around here for new beds.
