Last week at Innisfail Auction Market a group of 40 + commercial shorthorn bred heifers averaged in the high $1700 range. I had heard of some hereford angus bred heifers bringing up to the mid $1600 range in Saskatchewan in December. These heifers were sired by Eionmor bred bulls as were their dams. They were bred Speckle Park.
