Guess I paid too much for my last purebred bull..... shoulda bought one like this. Would have really improved my calf crop.... :hide:
This is why so many idiots become "experts"..... and the "newbies" seem to go to craiglist and such and buy from a "knowledgeable" seller who can't even tell the difference between a decent animal and one that needs to have been banded a LONG time ago.... :bang: :bang: :deadhorse:
Then after a year or two, they become experts.... :bang: :bang: :bang:

Like the old saying goes, if your gonna dream...dream big...I think some of em know their bad,and do a little internet fishing..before they take em to the stockyard to be raped savagely ...

Thought I'd bump this with this fine specimen.

One of the finest pieces of sheit I've ever seen on Craigslist.

Not from craigslist.. from a PB breeder... It doesn't compete with the previous specimen, but still, I'm seriously not impressed

Oh, can't forget his EPD's which have about as much to offer as I could see with my eyes

The only positive with this bull is that the seller doesn't think they're sitting on a pot of gold. $900 for that bull is still generously overpriced, but if you're "that" guy selling at the barn and the only qualification a bull's got to have is that he delivers calves, this one is going to do the deal. I'm not even beginning to say this bull is OK, but I've seen enough guys selling junk calves to know that this bull has a home other than the freezer.

Nesi, that thing reminds of this calf of mine that got orphaned very early on here last year. At least mine doesn't have nuts.

Exactly!.. The orphan I had last year actually turned out really nice looking, he had 4 mommas he was regularly stealing from by the end of the year, he'd take his kicks and bunts and get right back in there until they gave up.. Nearly regretted him not having nuts, but I think with the milk thieving habit he might keep trying to nurse later and be just impossible to wean

He surely didn't look bad than most red Angus bulls I've seen. Actually better than the red calf of yours, no offense.

This one is just plain good.

His mother was a Red Hereford mixed with Black Angus, and father a black faced Hereford.

Despite the odds, he still came out RWF. That's a keeper in my book!
