She was born on the farm here about 21 months ago. Has always been stunted. I think I will sell her but not sure where. I may could sell her thru the local goat sale. I hate to carry her to the big barn sale for cows only. What do you think?

ELISA (serologic(blood) ) test for Johne's is very reliable for animals with clinical signs suggestive of Johne's Disease; for animals that are clinically normal... not so much - may miss as many as 35% of those in the incubation phase. Most infected cows seroconvert around the time they break with clinical disease(diarrhea, wasting).
Fecal PCR and culture are very reliable... culture takes anywhere from 6-16 weeks for results, depending upon method.

Neither of these are tests that many veterinarians can run 'in-house'... they have to go to a diagnostic lab(private or state/university-affiliated) .

BVD-PI status would also be a consideration, though if this cow is in the 'mucosal disease' presentation of that deal, I'd expect her stools to be bloody, and she'd be dead in short order.

If you don't mind, I will add that a stress event triggers this disease into an active state. Bad weather, calving are the main events.

My cow didn't show any signs until she was a 4 or 5 year old although she was shedding the virus for awhile. She appeared healthy and thrifty. Then one day about a month after she calved she caught my eye. She looked awful. Skin & bones. Liquid diarrhea. I immediately brought her in along with her calf and sold them. She went to slaughter. I designated it at sale time. Although no one in their right mind would have wanted her. I had blood pulled on her at the sale barn and my veterinarian sent it in. It tested positive. This one cow was the start of years of testing. I don't mind telling my experience if it will help someone become aware and possibly prevent anyone reading this from bringing it home. I have an amazing friend, Dr. Lana Kaiser, who is very educated in Johne's. I asked for her help and she was instrumental in getting my herd cleaned up. I turned to her because my veterinarian didn't seem to be as concerned about the event as I was.
 
Also, the hardest part of my ordeal was calling the owner of the herd where my infected animal came from. I liked the people and still do. They stepped up and did the right thing. They tested their entire herd and found several positives. Those cows were eliminated and they're still testing to make sure they don't sell anything that would spread Johne's. I appreciate their efforts and concern.

Ok, I bolus her and gave cow pellets for 2 days now. Also gave her corid in drinking water. They have a small spring where they can get water from but all have been drinking from my tubs with corid in them. This morning she was with the cows, laying down with them near the hay ring. I rode up on my K-mule and made them get up. She got up good with the rest of them and walk off a ways and dump a load that was not squirts, so she must be better. I am still going to sell as soon as I can make loading arrangements. I wanted to do a stool sample but time didn’t allow as I was running late for work. At least this was encouraging. Fecal maybe later this week.
 
Ok, I gave the bolus, doctored the drinking water with corid and fed her some cow pellets and today she is pooping stiffer poop. I am still going to sell her but do a stool sample on her before she goes to the sale for my on info. Praise GOD for this sight this morning to look at.

Green grass , I don’t have much now they have about ate it all. They are on a peanut field that has nothing much but weeds and woods. I have to keep hay out all time. They walk around and eat off the what’s left there. I’m in hope to plant some grass as soon as this weather breaks. Right now it cow pellets twice a week, hay all time and anything that grows up some. I’m hoping in a very few weeks some type grass will show up .
