Which brings up the question?

Who is sick?

The person who can't stop vomiting because they have food poisoning?

Or the person in no pain and able to do everything, but unknown to them have a stomach full of cancer?

The person with food poisoning is healthy. Their body is doing what it can to get rid of the food and then the person will be okay.

The person in no pain with a stomach full of cancer is very sick. They go along okay until the day they go down in the lounge room and can't get up and by then it is way too late.

Not everyone survives food poisoning....not all cancer is terminal.
 
Correct it is a general condition.

if you get salmonella from food poisoning etc not good.

If you don't get an agressive cancer you have a chance, especially if found early.

An aggressive cancer left until too late, is not good.

But above was not the reason for the questions.

One the person is visably sick and the other the person is not. Which one do you term as sick? To me it the second one. So I agree with the person above who said the cow was indeed sick. Others say it is not.
