Captured a lightly used vertical smoker off Craigslist! It's been upgraded with rope seals and is gas fired. Doing a Tri Tip and a pork butt. Using some Mesquite and going to finish with some apple. If it turns out with any resemblance of what I've seen here I'll be tickled! Happy Easter!

IPhone camera is kaput....you didn't miss much but the taste! I will say the pork was almost right and the Tritip is finishing strong in the microwave! I'm ready for round two and I'll be cooking again soon!
