Got any cattle? Pour some of it on their feed. You can also mix one cup to a gallon of water and spray in your garden for insects. Works well.skyeagle":3eyi08rr said:Have about 20 gals. of corn oil left, From a biodiesel project . Thinking of putting it

How do you apply the insect spray, on the plants or dirt? For what bugs?TexasBred":3a747eog said:Got any cattle? Pour some of it on their feed. Horticulturists have been doing it for years with good results and no harmful affects to plants. For frying use lard. :mrgreen:rowen":3blpm1iq said:putting corn oil in a garden is probably a bad idea since you'll never know if the plants you go there is compatible with corn oil. Why dont you try use it for cooking? unless its already contaminated or something, its better of for frying and stuff or you can probaly use it ti wip of some sticky surfaces which may also come in handy later on.

Light oil sprayed on garden covers the eggs with a very light parrafin and they do not hatch. Harmless to adult insects as well as the plants and soil. DE on the other hand is not selective. Kills most anything you get it on that has an exoskeleton....bad and good.lynnmcmahan":15kkvv43 said:How do you apply the insect spray, on the plants or dirt?
