Other than appearance, why is a clean fronted animal preferred?

supposedly a clean fronted female is more fertile. plus the brisket area is one of the areas they store excess fat. a lot of barren cows will have excess fat stored up front (and other places). also overconditioning of show animals can lead to fertility problems.

WHAT DOES CLEAN FRONTED MEANS :?:

It means very little excess skin from the chin to the brisket.. and no "meat" at the brisket. If you'll check out some of the club calf sites, you'll get a better idea.
