Its one of my own. I've felt this way for years and this just sums it up nicely. It has always amazed me the hurdles you have to go through to open a business and be complient. Most people and businesses are not complient due to ignorance of the law. Its just that some of us are forced to look. Unless you are using a lot of stockholder money I see no way a small business can be 100% complient. The big one coming down the pipes now is having a strategic plan for all sorts of eventuallities. They want us to have these on file to give them a snap shot of how we'd respond to silly crap that will never happen. I hope this doesn't make it through.
