I have 4 acres of cheyenne bermuda that was going great until a year of weeds and neglect took over. I sprayed it for weeds and fertilized it and it is picking up nicely. I have two questions, first where the weeds where heavy at and have died, will the cheyenne regenerate those areas or will I have to reseed? I also noticed that the bermuda made seed heads, Will they germinate and reproduce cheyenne, or are they sterile?

Although the wind will blow Cheyenne seed into the bare spots, it's faster to simply reseed. Reseeding will also help to control the weeds by filling in the bare patches. The seed produced by the Cheyenne Bermuda should not be sterile, and they should germinate and make your current stand thicker.
