I like that guy, and used to watch him everyday. I figure he's got insight I don't have, his thumb is on the pulse, and he spends tons of time around people in the know..........Finally realized he was about as accurate as a coin toss. I just stick with what I've always done.

If you know of a better more informative source point me to him. Corbitt is a good guy in my book.

The guy is good, but 28 minutes to listen to what he has to say could easy be done in 5. Listening to him I almost say to myself get to the point...

So what do you count? What do they consider breeding stock?

I counted calves and short yearlins. No cows, no heifers ( being retained to breed), and not my 3 bulls.

I walk a couple of miles each morning and he helps pass the time JL. I tried posting on CT while I was walking but kept running into trees.

Dairy farm here was, I wouldn't want to know how ugly that could get if you lied...

I would expect a few audits but for a small producer it's not likely.
