Does anyone, especially the DVM's on CT have any experience in a cooperative vet clinic?
I am trying to gather information to present to a Veterinarian to see if they have any interest. I would ultimately like the Veterinarian to have 60% controlled interest in the practice. That way they could make all the day to day decisions without a lot of inter action with the share holders. No one has time to for daily meetings, and I wouldn't want the DMV to feel like they aren't in control of the practice.
