Cattle prices back??

Sold two trashy heifers on Monday one brought $700 the other $600. These were the bottom of the stack trash. I couldn't belive it. They were pretty fat but, they were junk as far as breeding goes both weighed about 1000lbs.

I've seen a slight rebound in feeders under 500#, never did see a lot of drop off in bred cows. I feel like cow/calf pairs are still off by around 15% but taking in to consideration the quality I might have to re-think that percentage.
