Calf w lump on lower jaw

I too have an animal w a lump on lower right jaw. Very healthy calf otherwise. Question is whether or not anything should be done. Does not seem to be a bother. About the size of a golf ball. Thoughts on what it is and what maybe should be done? Thanks a bunch

If you can get it in and lance it so it will hopefully drain the puss out that would be good. Probably wouldn't hurt to give some penicillin as well. It's worth your time to try to get rid of it because they will knock a lump jaw back 50 cents to a dollar a pound and maybe even more when you sell it.
