calf question

Today I went down to pasture to tag newborn calves and one of the calves sorta look to be eyelids to be turn inside out or something ,but anyway he also had real red and bloody nostrils but is up and feeling fine,can anyone help me on this matter and give some advice,THANK YOU AHEAD OF TIME....

Is your herd vaccinated ?

Red nose can be indicative of having had a fever .

need more info, how old was the calf when you looked at it? how are the eyes and bloody nose now? Just a couple of thoughts that need an answer for me.

Thanks for the responses,the calf was approx 12 hrs old and the eylids are still protruding out and the nose is very red on the inside and yes the herd has been vaccinated...

What was the temp when the calf was born. Could be frostbite..
