Calf losing hair??

Got a calf that was abandoned and was badly dehydrated. Sheis a few weeks old now and doing fairly well. Got her over some scours and she has some enrgy is is playful now. Noticed a little spot on her forehead were the hair was coming out and then noticed some spots on her legs losing hair. The bare skin looks ok and don't see any thing unusual. Any ideas why this would be happening?

Does not look like lice or ringworm. Someone mentioned were she had been sick a fever would have caused it, especially on the inside of the legs. Also on top of her head. Oh well hopefully it will grow back as she seems to be doing a lot better now.
