Sent grass fed 18 month 3 steers to the locker for customers recently, smaller at 720# average Hot hanging wt. $5.65/lb. cut and wrap included. Cut and wrap is $1.15/lb. Seems to be lots of local interest, probably raise the price a bit next round. Butcher hangs for 14 days, 12 days on the 1/2 that was all boned out for burger.

That's a nice hanging weight at that age for grass fed only.

I've talked to all but one customer, and they love it. Three of them offered deposits for the next round. It's always nice to get good feedback from your product. I think I'll try mine tonight and have a burger.
