I sure wish you hadn't posted this, Jo. My blood pressure went up 10 points.
I'm not the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree - I had no idea the BLM was put together like this and that they had the power they have. You see, I always thought that the BLM was an agency that managed native American land and that's all.
I've had a personal, running gun battle with the EPA for years because of the way they were formed and operate, same way the BLM operates, apparently.
